Getting your workout in doesn’t need to take a lot of time. So Here’s a quick and effective full body circuit to get you going and make you STRONGER!

Do this circuit 2-3 x a week in conjunction with your other workouts. Include some cardio and stretching components to your overall routine for best results. Spinning and yoga are great examples to complement your strength training.

 

Equipment

  • 1  set of DBs (don’t be shy to go heavy!)

Directions

  • Complete these 5 exercises back to back, as a circuit. (Demo in video above).
  1. PUSH PRESS x10
  2. DUMBBELL BURPEE x10
  3. PISTOL ROW x10/arm
  4. RENEGADE ROW x10/arm
  5. CRUNCH TO LEG DROP x10
  • Take 60-90 sec break and repeat 3–4 more times.

Wanna kick it up a notch?  Time how long it takes you to complete the circuit the first round. Try to match that time in subsequent rounds. It will get harder to do so as you’ll be more and more fatigued. So this is quite challenging!
