Partner/Small Group Training

Partner training is a great way to add an extra level of accountability to your workouts all while maintaining the personalized training setting.  With Justine leading you as your coach, you will work together and encourage each other to stay on track toward your fitness goals, during and between sessions. Small group training also available. (max 4 people)

Participants of similar fitness levels highly recommended for maximum efficiency.
