Your own body weight will push your limits on this one.. And  it won’t take long for it to do so!

Today’s workout involves 6 full body exercises to be performed for 10 reps each, one after the other in a circuit style. This is a very challenging circuit to get through so take your time to complete each exercise as you need to complete the circuit 3-4 times!

EQUIPMENT:

  • Your BODY! Yup that’s it..  well maybe a mat or soft ground for your hands/knees

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Complete the exercises below for 10 repetitions each, in a circuit style (1-6)
  • Move directly from one to the next (minimal or no break)
  • Repeat the circuit 3-4 times

CIRCUIT

  1. Body weight Squats
  2. Push-Ups
  3. Plyo Squats
  4. Power Push-ups
  5. Plyo lunges (or reverse step lunges)
  6. Burpees
